Collaborative poem

A bowl of cherries is sweet and red
like a new pair of cherry elevens
And the smell of freshly baked apple pie
    with a crusty crust

Red tastes like a juicy apple
The stripes on a San Francisco garter snake
are like the stripes on a candy cane
my teeth crack when I bite it

My love for every sport is red, it makes me feel
energized with adrenalin

Different Blues
by Kaliyah K.

Rose blue keeps me calm.
Baby blue makes me remember when I was a baby.
Sky blue is pretty. I like sky blue
it reminds me of the sky.
Blue is like a denim skirt to wear with high dunks
and dark blue is like yummy blueberries.

Green the bean
by Cymir W.

Green is the color of spinach
And green apples
the crunch, the juice
is delicious
the the touch of a green grape
the round juicy inside
when you bite into it, makes the crunchiest
sound.
soft grass
the sweet taste of greens is like a
reward.

I’m happy when I’m eating greens.
Green as an emotion can only be
good.

Poems to Keep
by Dara O.

I want a poem that can make me the best
I need a poem that can make me rich
I want a poem that fulfills my every wish
Poems can do anything
From teaching you to music
From music to a story

Poems teach
Poems sing
They do anything you tell them to do
But only if you share it
One way or another
You could sing it
Or maybe even rap it

Words
by Major B.

Words are beautiful
They make me and others happy
Words are art they make me want to wake up and get where I need to be

Words give me confidence waking up in the morning saying to myself ¨You will be something”
Words could make you mad someone telling you “you won’t be anything.”
Words are like Poems you write about something and it could change your whole life

Words could make your self of steam go up but it could also lower it
Words could make your stomach hurt but it could also make it feel better.
Words are like beats; they keep on going until it is done.
