What’s the recipe for joy, and what are the ingredients that make up who we are? This week we wrote recipe poems inspired by Recipe For Happiness, written by a former CPC student. You might need some really big bowls to mix up these recipes. Enjoy this week’s poets!

One hundred thousand cups of happiness

One hundred thousand cups of sweetness

One hundred thousand cups of forgiveness

One hundred thousand cups of sports

 

One hundred cups of sadness

 

One trillion cups of YouTube and greatness

One trillion cups of goodness

 

Recipe for Hunger

3rd Grade

 

First you will need 

1 cup of alfredo noodles

2 cups of cream

4 cups of real parmesan cheese

10 cups of hunger

1 cup of begging your aunty for snacks

1-2 bags of shrimp and chicken

3-4 cups of love

6-22 cups of cheese sauce

20, 233 cups of all of the ingredients mixed

together

then serve and eat your poem

10 million cups of patience

100 trillion cups of tik tok

10,000 cups of You Tube

100 cups of stealing your brother’s stuff

10 cups of playing basket ball 

100 cups of funny

and blend it all together like ice cream.
