Valentine Appreciation at Swift Elementary 💙💛!

When students at Swift Elementary School met with me for the 10th time since the school year began, it was on Valentine’s Day – and there was lot’s of love to go around!
We talked about what we like, who we love, what we feel grateful for, and why. In Room 204 many students wrote individual poems. In Room 208 we visited the blog post from the previous week in order to read “Monster Poems”  aloud, together. It was fun! Afterward, we decided to try something new and began writing an “I Love School Poem” as a group. Stay tuned to see how the finished poem comes out in the future!💖💖xoxo to all my Valentines in Rooms 208 and 204!

lions live in grasslands
green and yellow grasses
