Grandparents’ House

By Dario P.

I was in my grandpa’s house ‘click’

the soda goes. My grandma is

cooking ka-pluk goes the beans.

The TV goes buzz; the dogs go

bark, and the cats go meow.

The floor goes creak when I

walk. Pop! goes the popcorn.
