Poetry is like an Unknown Forest

This week was our last week of poetry writing for the school year! Next week the students will be performing for each other, selecting their favorite poems to share at an in-school reading. And the week after that, students from each class will be performing together at the All Schools Reading. I’m going to miss these students like crazy. These poems show how much fun we had together this year. Big thanks to each and every student in Ms. Garcia and Ms. Tasior’s second grade classrooms, and big thanks to Ms. Garcia and Ms. Tasior, for welcoming me into their classroom families. <3
