New Year, New You, New Me

The first week of the new year brought a fresh start to the young lives of the 5th grade poets from Avondale/Logandale. We spent this session sharing the gifts we received over the holidays. The poets were asked if they could give any non-material gift to someone or to the world what would it be? We also discussed their new year’s resolutions; how were they going to better themselves in the new year. We hope their answers will be used as inspiration for their future poems. Check out their answers below!
