Maybe you will see…fanciful imagery

For our most recent sessions, Swift 2nd and 3rd graders generated ideas that inspire us to see fun images with our mind’s eye. We talked about out-of-the-box thinking, before students brainstormed lists for “Swan of Bees”-style poems. Enjoy!

The Crazy Day

I see my house full of
strawberries. And when

when I reach for it the
whole cloud falls on my
head and when I am
going to get my bowl for

then when I go to my
sister I see hot cocoa evrywhere
on her bed and table.
