Mind-Reading
by Miriam M.

Mind-reading enables me to completely understand people
I may have thought I knew everything before.
However, what is spoken is not always truth.
Deep down inside people there is always more.

This superpower sparks empathy inside me.
People become transparent despite what they say.
I learn the reason behind their actions.
If you need my advice, consult me you may.

I’ve discovered more about people than I’d like.
I do not enjoy knowing about their heinous felonies.
Nothing is worse than having conflict with yourself.
I know it torments them and that is their penalties.

Nothing is no longer a secret.
A secret does not consist of two.
This may seem creepy and a lack of privacy.
But that is only your point of view.

Invisibility
by Gabriel T.

Everybody walks by.
Nobody notices me.
To be the best at my game
I must not reveal my name.
Despite not having fame
I am a hero on a mission.

Speed
by Felipe R.

If only I could have a super power.
I think it would be the best compared to others.
You could ask my brother.
I will be the fastest.
It will be fantastic.

Blink.

I will stretch you from one end to other like elastic.
I might even help the world.
I’ll clean up all the plastic
before I can even say the word
basket.

Teleportation
by Raal R.

Teleportation. A way of living.
Constantly moving to future and past.

Teleportation. A way of living.
A meaning of reliving good memories.
So many ways to live to the fullest.

Teleportation. Living free in the land of the free.
No restriction.

Teleportation. A way of living.
Better to move to the future than the past.

Teleportation. A way of living.

Our Future
by Yarwey V.

I can see the future.
I can see our tomorrow.
I had seen our yesterday.

Both the good and the bad.
Whether you believe me or not.
I can see our tomorrow.
And I had seen our yesterday.
I can see the future.

When its going to rain
I’ll let you know.
Even when a death is coming
I’ll let you know.
Maybe we can stop.
Maybe we can’t do anything.
But all I can do is see the future.
