We are Such Stuff As Dreams Are Made of

Spring is in the air! For our session before the spring break students worked on poems about dreams. Dreams for the future, or the wild and strange things that we see on the movie screen of our eyelids when we drift off to sleep at night. Zombies, talking animals, and flying through clouds were just a few of the things that we discussed before students started on their brainstorms. I hope you enjoy this week’s pieces!

A Therians Dream Alfie H.

I want to have a dream
that I am a happy Therian
outside with all my Therian
friends and I was having
lots and lots of fun. I
am running through the woods
I’m making Therian masks
making tails and being me. But
then haters approach me.
I fight them.
I’m a happy Therian
until I wake up again I will
be a happy
Therian

I Dream Ivan A.

I dream that I was in a castle
I dream that I was in a random place with
calm music, with flower around, everything was
really pink and calm music
I dream that I was in a room with closets around
me and a monster was chasing me.
I dream that I was rich swimming in a pool with
money.
I dream that I was watching a skeleton zombie
and was on a floating castle.

8 Dreams and 2 Coming Dreams Jayden R.

I dream about huggy wuggy chasing me.
I dream about my place being made very
secure and going into the security office.
I dream about making a place and a company
named American Co.
I dream about me as a monkey and escaping the ghosts.
I dream about being on the clouds with kids.
I dream about 2 Lalaloopsy girls being bullied
and my GSA students were in Lalaloopsy land
and the 2 girls jump in a trampoline in a cylinder house.
I dream about living in Hawaii or in the US Virgin Islands.
I dream about drinking Coke in Cuba.
I will dream about joining the Union on the Civil War.
