Snow Day

In week ten we wrote “Snow Day” poems, based on a lesson by Chasity Gunn. First we read “Stopping By Woods on a Snowy Evening” by Robert Frost and talked about what snowy days looked like in New Hampshire at the time he was writing. Then we wrote “Snow Day” poems about Chicago in winter, reflecting on the long Winter season that had just (finally) reached its conclusion.
