We read a poem that did not have an ending, so we tried to imagine an ending for the poem by writing then ending in the form of a poem; here are some poems we’ve written!

5th Grade

El fin Yeiber

Comenzó a llover y la
hoja no se cayó,
y la lluvia para y la
hoja no cae y queda
allí.

A Little While After Mason

So after that the leaf fell
and he swept the road,
and the woman on the chair
went outside and talked to him.

What Happened? Jimmy

that at first was not falling,
he went to get pizza
and went to bed.
The man was tired,
he finally got to cut the leaf,
and then go to his home.
