Dreaming Rooms

The students made stanzas as rooms within which to fill their dreaming selves and wishes.

Mr. Charmelo, 7th grade, 1st period

The Wisher Alexis V.

I wish to the intelligence like Albert Einstein.

I wish to have the skills like Ronaldo.

I wish to have the defending like Pepe,

I wish to have the speed

of light.

Dreams and Wishes Sam V.

To sit under the moon,

watching it rise.

To play in the grass calmly.

To get out of school and

play Fortnite all day

To Get Rich Brandon H.

To get rich, to work hard and reach

my goal. To finish school,

to make my family proud.

To get a family, to have a family

in the future to not be alone.

Raise children and provide.

To reach the gates of heaven,

to have a good relationship with God,

and to make it to heaven.

Mr. Charmelo, 7th grade, 2nd period

I Wish Melanie H.

Diving in a pool of gold.

Knowing who I am and what I want to be

Being ready to be bold.

Breathing in a breath of fresh air

Enough to be at peace like a bird.

My Dream Life Manuel R.

To get out of school early and

play Fortnite.

To win a cash cup and win Real

money and earn my own skin.

To be in the Mexico national team

and lead Mexico into winning the world cup,

to get doc. degree and look back at my progress,

To live a rich life and say look at me

now: This my dream life.

I Would Want to Be Alone Elijah R.

I would want to be alone in a nice forest

near a mountain.

I would think about peace, tranquility, and freedom.

People think being alone is lonely, but it depends where you are

People who don’t separate themselves will never know freedom.

People who think they are free in a city are wrong,

they aren’t free.

My Dreams Jamirayah L.

To run around in the

summer time, jumping

up and down and to get so

tired you fall and to come inside

the house and my Nene has already

cooked dinner.

That’s my dream!

To get out of school early

and thinking about what you

would be doing if you were

in school. To take an afternoon

nap. And get woken up by my dog

to just simply relax.

That’s my dream.
