All About Wishes and Sensory Details

Lesson Note: For our first week, we wrote poems about our wildest wishes, and then wrote poems about some of the places in our lives where we see, hear, touch, smell, and taste some of our favorite things!

Golden Corral Kennyla C.

At Golden Corral I drank a sprite

My sprite I didn’t like

because it was hot and one thing

I do like is we get to play

at the play station and it was really loud there

and the smell of the food is good

I touched all of the food

It was very good and tasty.

My Future Matthew P.

A couple of things I love about the place

is they light fireworks and celebrate others

and if I was a player I would taste the energy drinks.

And I would smell the grass and I can see the touch downs

on the fields and I could listen to the crowd sound

and I can touch the football.
