4th Grade Sound Collaboration

For our 2nd session, 4th graders in Mr. Adenuga’s class reviewed the senses: sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing. We then collaborated on a “Sound Poem.”

Mr. Adenuga 4th Grade

Sound Poem Class

We hear sounds of life

and siblings talking too much, a brother
who sounds like a hyena
we hear sounds of people arguing
babies crying
aaaaaaaaaaaaahhh
people saying things like
“you fuu-nny!” and “Do your work!”
some people play computer games loudly

We hear outdoor sounds
kids playing outside, kicking rocks around

We hear guns shooting
popopopopopopop

and dogs barking angrily

we hear violence
