Candace Green is a Chicago-based poet, arts advocate, and Regional Property Manager with over 15 years of leadership experience in residential and commercial real estate. A lifelong writer, she brings a deep passion for storytelling, community engagement, and creative equity to her role as a board member of the Chicago Poetry Center. Candace is currently completing her poetry manuscript To Have and To Lose, which explores themes of healing, identity, and sacred womanhood. She is committed to supporting CPC’s mission to make poetry accessible and transformative across diverse communities.
