Elizabeth Robinson, James Shea, and Brian Young
Elizabeth Robinson is the author of eight books of poetry, most recently Under That Silky Roof and Apostrophe. She has won the National Poetry Series for Pure Descent in 2002 and the Fence Modern Poets Prize for her collection Apprehend. She has received two Gertrude Stein Awards for Innovative Contemporary Poetry and a grant from the Fund for Poetry. She is co-editor of the EtherDome Chapbook series and Instance Press.
James Shea is the author of Star in the Eye, selected by Nick Flynn as the winner of the 2008 Fence Modern Poets Series. His poems have appeared in various journals, including American Letters and Commentary, Boston Review, Mrs. Maybe, and Verse. He currently teaches at Columbia College Chicago and DePaul University.
Brian Young is the author of two books of poems, Site Acquisition (Fence Books 2008) and The Full Night in the Street Water (University of Nevada Press 2003). He lives near St. Louis, Missouri.
