Once registered you need to log in by clicking the "Log In" link in the upper right corner of the screen.

A menu will appear in the left sidebar with your user name and a number of options below it. Click on the "Create content" link. Then under that click on "Chicago Scene: Event".

Then fill out the form that appears, making sure to give your event a title (short titles work better), a category, a date, and a description (the "Body" field). Please preview your event before submitting. When you're finished hit the "Submit" button.

Your event will then be sent to a moderator who will verify it before posting. Inappropriate material will not be posted.

Please note: events need to be submitted at least a week before their start dates in order to be considered for publication.
